Logo request

I don't usually venture over here because I like to make my own logos but I think this one is beyond my ability and I know you guys do fantastic work.

I need a logo for the Stockholm Royal Squirrels of Sweden. The name is kind of long so just Stockholm at the top and "of Sweden" at the bottom would be fine. If you can fit it all, even better!

In my mind, I'm picturing the text in a royal blue or purple. The squirrel (either the one from my avatar or another one) should be wearing a crown, a magnificent cape and holding a scepter (if it's not too difficult).

I know it's a bit of an offbeat request but it might be fun to try. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

EDIT: Here's what I have so far. If someone could do the lettering (I'm truly terrible at that) that would be great. I left it big to make editing easier.
