1988 Historical League needs owners

I'm beginning a 1988 Historical League for which more GMs are needed to begin the league. The league can be found at http://www.bayksball.com. Please check out the owners page to find out the remaining teams, fill out the following application and send it to both commissioner@bayksball.com and baykwvu@aol.com.

1. List experience and/or accomplishments in historical leagues.

2. List the number of leagues you are currently in. How will this affect your participation in V-à-V?

3. Do you own a copy of OOTP 6?

4. Will you be willing to dedicate some of your time to writing articles for your team (thereby increasing your income)?

5. Finally, of the teams currently open on the website, list your top 5 choices.

That'll be about it, please copy and paste that into an e-mail and send it to commisioner@bayksball.com AND baykwvu@aol.com. Act fast because team's have been going quickly.

We are now down to just 5 teams remaining, so act now to secure a spot in this league! Cleveland (3rd pick, Carter, Franco), Milwaukee (Yount, Molitor, Sheffield), California (Joyner, Harvey), Texas (5th pick, Sierra), San Francisco (Clark, K. Mitchell, Burkett, Matt Williams) are the remaining.

Again, please fill out the application and e-mail it to the above names.

The Oakland A's GM stepped down today due to prior commitments, which opens up the #1 rated team in the power rankings. High payroll, but great level of talent. League is only a day old, so the team is intact.

Also the Texas Rangers with very young Ruben Sierra and Kevin Brown, as well as the #5 pick in a draft that has Griffey, Olerud, Belle, Sosa, Juan Gone, L. Walker. Please fill out the app. and mail it to baykwvu@aol.com now, before someone takes it!
