That's great news. As soon as I get near a broadband connection, consider it downloaded!

Haven't had a chance to install the demo yet, so please bear with me. Has the UI improved, and if so, is this the interface that OOTP: Next will be using?

Well, for starters its now 1024x768 and the color schemes are easier on the eyes. The right mouse click is now used for pull down menus. The interface is night and day from the last version.

D00d! The Canucks gave us BTO, Anne Murray, and curling; such innate genius can't be dismissed out of hand.

I know you're joking... but those jokes are so old, they've lost all freshness.

can we continue our league with the full version once it's released? or would we have to restart with the full version?

What can I say I'm old school

In all seriousness I just loaded up the demo ... it looks sharp, makes me curious as to what OOTP7 will look like.

I don't think so, but even if you could I don't know if you'd want to, because this is still a beta demo...they're still searching for bugs and the databases are going to be updated between now and the release of the game. There'll be another demo release, that one should be "the final version" and compatable with the full game, though....
