6.12 crashes with inuries/backups

My online league is experienceing major problems since switching to 6.12

During a weekly sim the game crashes when a team has players injured and there is no one in the backup spot. This can not be a good thing. I have looked at each of the teams

It seems to crash with backups being also listed as starters and someother oddities. Im not completely sure but i went through the old standby of why the game crashes and that didnt work.

Thoughts?

I take it no one else has had problems with this?

Not quite with that issue but I have had games crash during "sim to XXX inning" which I had not had previously. Cannot isolate what is causing it and it is rare.
