Custom Stadium Creation

I've seen several individuals have created their own fictional stadiums. My question is how do they do it? If anyone who has some experience with it could point me in the right direction (templates, graphics, etc.) I would be most appreciative.

Contact BigCity (Henry) and blueturf...they make very nice stadiums...and are still active on the Forum...Teflon Skies did great stadiums, but isn't doing them anymore.

For other names go to JoeRock's site and see who has designed stadiums posted there.
