Game not opening?

When I double click on the Icon the little hour-glass comes up for a second or two but then nothing happens. I've tried rebooting with the same problem. Anyone ever encounter this before?? The game was working fine yesterday.

In XP: Control Panel>Admin Tools>Services. Make sure LicCtrl is enabled.

Did you install any software or make any changes, run any utilities that may have changed some settings?

While not helpful to you, I just wanted to say that this was helpful for me when I desparetely needed this a few days ago -- thanks again, Steve.

Nope, v5 won't open either so I'm not sure what to do, I don't think it's a relicene/reinstall situation.

FWIW, I have Fast Break College Basketball installed on my computer, it's a text based sim just very similar to OOTP and that won't open either. There has to be some setting on my computer that needs fixed.
