Cant Install

I just bought a new computer and I'm trying to install ootp6. After I dl it i got a message saying could not intialize installation. File size expected= 21546825,size returned = 295833. Thanks in advance for any help i get.

Try d/l it again. Use an browser outside of AOL if trying to d/l with AOL.

Thanks that worked...Could you tell me how to get my order ID I unlicensed it on my old computer but wrote the number down wrong.
