Attn: Uniform designers - found great book

I just happened to go with my wife, who is a voracious reader of books, to a small branch library and discovered a wonderful book.

BASEBALL UNIFORMS OF THE 20TH CENTURY by Mark Okkonen published by Sterling Publishing, New York (1991)

It shows individual team uniform histories from 1901 to 1990.

It also show a year-by-year league display...that is, it shows all of teams home/away uniforms for a league on one page for each season.

Just thought you uniform designers would be interested in it.

Each player is show in full uniform...1' x 2'' in size.

I hope to add uniforms to my 3 leagues and this book should give me some good ideas.

You are right...this site has the same pictures that are in the book.

I found that book some time back on Ebay for a very nominal price.
