1906 Historical seeks 4 Dedicated owners

BAB is a once a day sim, simming 4 days at a time that strives to be the ultimate managerial challenge for OOTP. All teams started out on a level playing field, with the same stadium seating capacities, makret sizes, etc. We ran a fantasy serpentine draft and we are now in 6th off-season in 1906. We strive to be a historically accurate league, meaning that every years league totals are close to that years league totals. We allow owners to add stadium capacity to bring in more revenue.

Like many leagues, we have had a hard time finding 16 active owners but we have a good core. The key though to a great league is to make sure everyone is paying attention to there teams and exports lineup changes once every couple of weeks at least.

We are looking to fill 4 teams right now, but I ask anyone interested to ask themselves if they will honestly fullfill the obligations and challenge the other owners in the league for the tiitle. Doing a half-assed job in this league will not get you a title and it will ruin the competitive balance because the dedicated guys are always looking for the edge.

Anyway, the 4 openings we have are:
Cleveland Indians- Cleveland has been over .500 every year but they havent had enough to push them over the top. This year, they were lucky to land the #1 pick in the lottery and they took Ty Cobb. There lineup should be very exciting with Nap Lajoie, Cobb, and Sammy Strang. They also have the leages repeat Cy Young award winner, Coakley. This is a good team that couldbe turned into a dynasty with the right owner.

Washington Senators- They have been a perennial cellar dwellar in BAB and part of that has been to the lackadasical management throughout there history. Anyway, they have alot of cash on hand and there payroll is pretty low but so is the talent. This is a classic rebuilding project.

Detroit- They are in a similar situation to Washington but with a much worse cash position (negative balance), but they have some superstar talent (SS Honus Wagner). This is another huge challenge but they could be turned around quickly with the right Gm.

Philadelphia A's
This is a team that has some good offensive talent and was a little over .500 last year. They too are a challenge but they have pieces to deal with.
