Hello,

One of our top owners (original charter member of the league) had to unfortunately step down due to serious time constraints, leaving the Florida Marlins open for the first time since we originally opened our league more than 4 and a half years ago. We are in halfway through our 10th season, and the league has been running since July of 2000.

The Marlins:
8 Time NL East Champions
1 Wild Card appearance (They've yet to miss the playoffs!)
2 World Series appearances (0-2 record in World Series)
In first 9 seasons, record is 912-546 (Career .626 Win Pct)

This is one of three teams that has never missed the playoffs in the league's history. Well, competition is tough so far this season. Going into tonight's sim, they are in third in the East with a 40-31 record, and 3.5 out of first.

eMLB offers:

Marlins update: Team is now 45-32, going 5-1 this past sim. They are now 3 games out of first, with 2 weeks left to the All-Star Break.
