Not bad. I wish they'd get the call-up/send down glitch fixed. It's unrealistic and it really f's with your mood.

Yes, fortunately most of the call-up/send-down makes sense to me, except the one that happen in two consecutive days.

The REALLY annoying bug is the endless "you are a starter ...". It usually happens when I just called up to AAA or Major League before I'm really ready for it. The computer just can't decide where to put me (starter/reliever), so I got this kind of message 3-4 times per day.

Me, too. Generally, I just balance the strength/flex to the suggest ratio and do as much as possible (without dropping energy level to too low).

It shouldn't be too hard to see talent bump as long as you do good amount of workout & still young.

Usually, if the the skill is maxed for a while (e.g. Stuff at 50/50 for 1 whole season), a phone call of stuff + 10 should arrive soon.

Of course, some talent is harder to increase than others, e.g. Poise... I haven't get any Poise bump yet... (p.s. for this character, since the intelligence RPG is only 1, I don't think that I will see any Poise bump unless the RPG value is increased at the first hand.)

On 31/1, Signed as a free agent by Chicago (N) on 1/31/2012 to a 2-year deal worth $6,663,200 per year... ... ... This is not the best deal on the table. Other teams offer 7M+ and even 8M+ at 3 or 4 years. However, Chicago won the World Champ last year and most of its players remains. Since I really want to play in the playoff and the money in this game is really nothing for pitchers, I decide to sigh with a strong team. Another benefit of this deal is that it only last two years, so even if I missed playoff with Chicago, I can still jump ship pretty soon. ;-)

On 10/7, Injured on 7/10/2012 with a Blister On Finger, out for 5 days... whew... that's short enough. :-)

On 20/7, Injured on 7/20/2012 with a Tight Shoulder, out for 6 days... WTF!? though the period is also short, two injuries in 10 days is certainly annoying... :-(

Won Pitcher of the Month award on 8/1/2012, going 3-1, 1.19... LOL!!! Again, I won the "injured" pitcher of the month...

On 4/11, Toronto won the World Champ beating Chicago (N) by 4-3... personally, I felt it's all my fault... having 0-3 in my 6 starting is horrible...
