Online league query

I'm interested in joining a league that uses a "winter league" system. For example, I have seen (just don't remember where, and that is the problem) leagues that set up one team per division. Each team in that division provides a few prospects and a "winter league" is simmed. Bonus points are awarded the best players and teams. Just hoping you all could provide some insight, aka links, to any leagues that have this feature. Thanks in advance.
