I must be missing something or don't understand, because I think what you are asking for is there. The league pitching report lists Runs and Earned Runs. Runs would be the runs your team has allowed.

runs and earned runs are there for sure. the thing i'm missing is homers (same for pitchers' individual stats).

pitchers individual stats show home runs for the current and previous year, but not in the career view (and they don't appear in the league pitching). But the original poster was asking about runs allowed, not home runs allowed.
