Exe. file missing?

I recently did some clean up work on my hard drive and now for some reason OOPB 5 and 6 will not start. I've went as far as deleting both and re-downloading them and they still won't launch. Any ideas?

Could you expand on "will not start"?

Sure, I click on the icon on my desktop and the game does not launch. I go to my computor (windows xp home edition), open C: drive, go to programs open the OOPB Dev folder, open that and click on appropriate icon and the game still doesn't launch. It reacts the same as if I had gone in and removed the exe. file. (Which I did not do)

Wow, even the developer doesn't have any ideas? I've completely reinstalled the game and it will not launch. Someone must have an idea that might help.

Or didn't see this till just now:

In XP: Control Panel>Admin Tools>Services. Make sure LicCtrl is enabled.
