Weekly/Monthly Awards NOT Showing Up!

I still am having certain players not getting their history updated when they win The player of the week or monthly awards. It only happens to a few players in my league but each time they win one of them it is never put in their history. This has been a lingering problem from version to version. I have been told before that it is fixed but I continue to see it for some reason. I know I can manually update player histories but I would really like to see this fixed. I do have 6.11 loaded. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks for your time!
