Most updated rosters?

I just got the game yesterday and I was wondering what the most updated rosters were. Are there any out that are updated with offseason moves?

Try Halofan's latest roster set. I haven't used it yet...but I believe the latest update includes end of season rosters and FA. (Beltran FA, etc.)
