Can't Open Game...

This just happened today, the game has been running fine, but for some reason I can't open the game today. The computer just keeps on restarting on its own every time I try to open the game. Here's the error message I got after the computer restarted itself. Thanks for any help.

Edit - I am running on Windows XP

Hmmm... the two top files are just dump files that Windows creates to send to Microsoft. The bottom one is a dump of some key register values. Are you given the option to look at the dump files, or at least the option to see what is in them? They might hold more clues as to what was happening then the error ocurred

Computer restarts? Doesn't sound like a game issue......maybe something more serious.

I think so as well, because the game used to work with absolutely no problem. I just reinstalled the game and same thing happened, the computer restarted.

All my other programs are running fine, only my sports text sims are not working namely OOTP, ITP, TPB, TPF. Maybe this is related to elicense or maybe this is related to some kind of screen resolution issue?

I have no idea what triggered the change, I left the computer on before I left home in the morning and when I came back, this happened.

I can't find the dump file, any idea where it might be located? I went into the temp folder but couldn't see the directory "WERd0e9.dir00".

Shot in the dark suggestion would be to unlicense and then relicense all games.

Is your antivirus and trojan, worm protection updated? Because it sounds like you have some infection in the C:/Documents/Temp/Directories (I know it isnt right, but you get the idea) there. You might want to email support@elicense.com about this issue and see if there is a fix for your elicense problem. It could be a elicense corrupted. They do have a diagnostic they can run for you to check.

Well elicense got back to me saying that it's probably a virus in my system that's causing this, so they couldn't help me. I've run 3 virus-scan programs various times already and cleaned out all the infected files but I am still missing something. These elicensed programs are still not working. Here are the dump files if anyone can help me out and take a look at them. I am pretty much out of options now other than calling a professional.

Oh really, I guess I shouldn't jump into conclusions since that I just realised all the games on my computer are elicensed.

ive finally got it resolved (well, so far no problems).

i got ahold of some drivers for my video card that are unsupported for my product, but still work. i have onboard Nvidia GeForce4 460Go and the latest drivers from my manufacturer are from 2002 so i went to a techie forum and got directed to http://laptopvideo2go.com/ they mostly deal with Nvidia drivers, but do have a few ATI as well. they have worked great so far and have even improved a ton of other problems ive been having. im using version 66.93 with the modded INF version 30.39.

you might try installing different drivers or maybe reinstall the ones you have now. something might have gotten screwed up somehow. at least thats what they told me at the techie forums. seems to be the case for me, but i'll let you know if they create any problems.
