the request is for the Las Vegas Stars. The owner wants to keep the same theme and style as the old PCL team logo (pictured below).

Sure.
I wanted to do something other than a white background (maybe the teal in the logo as the background) but I didn't have the time to do the fine detail editing to accomplish that. Hopefully he likes it.
