Cuban Winter League -- 1930

I have decided to create the Cuban Winter League. The CWL is an 8-team league (may be increased by an additional four clubs depending on how many players are added to the league file). League play will begin with the winter of 1930, after the conclusion of Major League Baseball's season.

The league file will be made up of mostly Negro League and Cuban League players in addition to a limited number of players from the Major and Minor Leagues, other Latin American countries and Japan.

There will be an inaugural draft of the Negro League and Cuban League players (plus other latin league players). Owners will also bid on a limited number of major leaguers prior to each season.

Teams will be able to build their own ballparks, hire (and fire) managers, plus I am working on other features.

The rules regarding ballpark construction have been posted on the website. Let me know what you guys think. What do you think needs to be changed or added for greater realism.
