Will it hurt the Minor league pitchers if they dont have a full staff behind them? Like with onyl 2 pitchers in the rotation and 3 or 4 in the Pen....It doesnt seem like it does but I got outstanding talent down there and I dont want it to get messed up

no, it won't hurt them at all.

btw, I'm told that I also have "outstanding talent down there", but I really don't like to brag about it.

Ghost players are used to fill in the empty lineup and pitching spots so your pitchers will take their normal turn in the rotation and your relievers will used properly.
