MLB 1985 Opens!

Hey guys,

A new sim, MLB '85, is being open and we thought we'd come here to gather up interest. The teams taken so far: the Mets, Braves, and Dodgers. The website has a few kinks and are being worked out as you read this. It will be fully operational by tomorrow evening. If anyoneh as any interest in joining this league, please email

rharris85ht@yahoo.com or webmaster@tireball.com

thanks.

www.angelfire.com/apes2/ootptest is the website for our small OOTP generated business as of right now.

Thanks!

Why, oh why not 1986? Just joking, I'm interested in taking the Pirates. I'm just curious as to which database you are using, and whether you have rules made up for the league yet.

How do you find the time to run 16 teams in different leagues? I have trouble remembering the rosters of my three teams.

Things have been rolling, although with the holiday clutter, our website hit a stall. However, our webmaster is still diligently working on the site and it should be up any day. Until then, these are the teams that are left:

Baltimore
Boston
California
Chicago (A)
Cincinnati
Milwaukee
Montreal
Oakland
Philadelphia
San Diego
Seattle

The quicker things roll the faster we can relive history, so if anyone is interested remember to email either:

rharris85ht@yahoo.com or john@tireball.com

Thanks!

Do you need the game? If not, I'd be interested in the Red Sox.

John is awesome when it comes to managing all of his teams. He was a GM in GDBA when I ran it and very rarely missed stuff. He just has a lot of free time due to his occupation and personal life situation. I'm not going to explain any further though because it's not really my business to air his life on forums.
