My situation

I just reinstalled my game, since somebody deleted it off the computer. The game will load, but I cant do anything on it without getting the runtime error and it closing. Cant create a league, cant make a league file and open the league, cant even exit out of it without it happening. I have no idea what to do in this spot. Thanks for any help.

You really need to give more info on the PC, like OS, RAM, Direct X version, etc.

Windows XP, DirectX 9.0 I believe

You are certain this is the full version and not just a patch? I'd reboot and see if it changes, if not uninstall and reinstall. Make sure that you have your drivers, etc up to date.
