Game crashes during a sim

I have been experiencing this since the begginning of May (our sim month) in the HPBL, the game would crash after just random games.

After further investigation, I find out this happens when random teams ends up putting the same player twice in the same line-up. Only one case where an injury would happen, and the game, oddly enough, has one other player on the depth charts, however, that player is already in the start line-up in a different position.

So the league decides to backtrack to the sim prior to when this happened. Well, what do you know, at the same game date, the same team would have the same player play twice in the same line-up.

The league is depending on a positive conclusion to this. Otherwise...

Any help out there guys. We are a stalled league until we can figure this out.

We had the same problem in Around The Horn. The only thing I can advise is checking all depth charts and lineups, and make sure no doubles exist. We contacted Markus and he said this error is very rare...It can only happens in a auto-depth and lineup setup because the game does not allow you to do this in manual mode....

Once we fixed (I think KC) depth chart we haven't had the error anymore.
