I have seen the weather forecast and even seen rain delays, two questions:
1) Doe the PBP describe fly balls helped/hurt by the wind. I swind programmed to effect it. 2) Does rain delays effect pitchers as in real life coming out after the dalay?

Answer to 1) is that yes the PbP will describe a ball that is helped or hurt by the wind. Don't know the answer to 2)

The answer to number two is that yes a pitcher will get tired if he sits too long during a rain delay.

How about game time temps? I'd assume that they are more for show, but do they have any effect on the game? If so, then why would a domed stadium like Toronto have a game time temp of 46? Also, I'm not sure how the heating system works at Safeco...er...Seattle, but I had another game time temp of 46 there in early April.
