OOTP 6 freezes on (Y/N)

Whenever I try and play out a game and there is a decision for the manager that requires a yes or no answer, the game will freeze. This happens on arguments and deciding to send a runner. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Nor have I, have you rebooted and made sure that your keyboard is working and securely installed?

Keyboard works as I am typing this post. I have rebooted. I reinstalled the latest patch. I am thinking of doing a full uninstall and starting over from scratch.

Probably wouldn't hurt anything. That's really werid, never heard of anything like it.
