NOW ACCEPTING FOR JUNE 1ST AMMY DRAFT!
This is a player league.

Main Team Information
We will be holding 6 teams, 2 teams a league, 4-2 a division.

All the Players in this League will be Fake and you get up to 2 players.

In the first year, we will have a draft where all the players will be drafted and each player will be sign to A regular Big League Contract of 300,000 dollars a year. If your thinking your not in the first year go down more to see what contacts can bring you.

No players can be signed with a differ team for the following season, during a season.

Sim Information

NBL will be simming five times a week. The sim days will be on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday. We will be simming one week on a sim day. That's a lot of weeks for one day so I suggest you remember that in your head when a Sim Day is coming close. Lineup moves and other moves must be e-mailed to Troyxfl@yahoo.com by 7:30PM ET.

General Manager Information

We do have 4 teams in this league but, we also have 4 GMS that control each team. Keep in this mind, these Gms will be a realistic team as a GM. Meaning, you can be dealed without knowing and their is more information down low. This should be kept in your mind threw the season process. By this, I hope you respect everyone on the board or you will be penalize.

Team Information

The first important rule is that their is no Salary Cap in NBL!

A trade invlovling a NTC player must be posted!

All the Teams start out with the same Financial so every thing will be the same through the first year.

Team Market: Good

Fan Interest: 65

Maximize Cash: 10 Million

Every Team has one General Manager who controls the team.

Player/Contracts Information

Every player in the draft, will be signed to a team and will be signed 300,000 for a year. After your in one year in the league you will be able to negotiate your own contract.

If a player is deemed inactive, the computer will take over that player. In order to be deemed inactive, an offer must be made in the respective team clubhouse and is not responded to in 3 days of the offer.

If a GM proposes you an offer, and you will have a 5 days to respond an offer.

Their will be agents in this league, meaning if you decide to work with an agent. GMs will have to talk to the agents directly and can't talk direct to the player. This is why we have agents, so the agents are trusted by the players to negotiate the contracts.

Every Team has the right of the players in anyway unless 1) they are a free agent 2) they are a free agent due to released by the team.

If your contract is running up and you have not signed a contract or extension. You will be placed in the FA agent after the Playoffs.

We will have arbitration but, more news will be updated later on that.

End of Season

At the end of the season, we will have 1 week for pre-season meaning, it is the time for the GMS resign their players or sign new players. Also have a draft if necessary. You must have a full line-ups after this period of time.

After the season, players who arn't signed will be able to get invited by a team if they want to check them out.
