Some ideas for TBCB 2.0...

Some ideas I had about the game for version 2.0:

1) Taking a knee to save time before the end of a round (which would happen when a fighter reaches a danger zone and can do so).

2) Some referees go over and grab the gloves of knocked down/pushed/etc. opponents who are getting up to make sure they can continue (random chance of calling a stoppage?)

3) 'No Mas' style endings (perhaps if the endurance gets low enough or he/she is knocked down enough times?)

4) More strategies that can be employed, specifically dealing with body region (work over midsection, work over head, go for body KO, go for head KO, dirty fighting, clinching, etc.).

5) A worsening body area, like the face image. Perhaps there can be reddening on the left side, right side, solar plexus, etc areas which can worsen? Of course, you can't really improve those areas like you can with cuts, but it would add an element of neccessity to finish fights faster, etc. and require more strategizing.

6) Corner towel throwing or refusal to exit by combatant between rounds (ala Liston-Clay/Ali I). Not sure if this one is already in or not, but I haven't stumbled upon such a situation.

7) Some external factors leading to endurance draining quicker (such as Maxim-Robinson, when Robinson collapsed due to heat exhaustion combined with a heavy workrate).

8) A new rating for bravery, even when getting pummeled, which may counteract knockdown effects, or allow for guys who should be out to get up. Perhaps even some 'unique' situations like Robinson-LaMotta VI (St. Valentine's Day Massacre) when Jake LaMotta grabbed the ropes after the pummeling instead of falling to the canvas.

I think that's all, for now. If I think of more, I'll be sure to add them on...
