Why is my license for OOTP 5 about to expire?

Looking at eLicense control on my computer, it appears like OOTP is only license for one year? Is anybody else having this problem, and is there any way to fix it?

Do you have their email addresses because the same thing happened to me, right before my leagues playoffs started???
