Question about the year a league starts on

I started my league in the year 2004. I never thought about this before but I actually wanted my league to start on the year 1990. I run a fictional league and I was wondering if it is at all possible to change the strating year of your league once your league has started. I am in my second season.

I don't believe so, but I've never tried.
