LEAGUE OF HIS OWN (LOHO)

LOHO is looking for some new owners for the upcoming 2005 season. The league has been in existence for 7 years and is very well run by dedicated commissioner Bob Savard. The league has recently been reset, and re-started with the real 2004 rosters. 2005 will be the second season of the league. The previous league ran for 20 seasons before being reset by a league vote. All the owners have input into how the league is to run. In our inaugaral season the Chicago Cubs ended the curse of the Billy Goat and defeated the Anaheim Angels 4-3 in the World Series.

As of right now, the league is at the end of the 2004 season. The commissioner is allowing time for owners to make trades, contract extensions, managing 40 man rosters, etc... The season will be turned over to the 2005 season during the upcoming week, so this is an opportunity to get a fresh start with a team.

As of right now, the available American League teams are: Chicago (A), Detroit, & Oakland. The available National League teams are: New York (N), Montreal/Washington, Chicago (N) (World Series Champions), Arizona, & San Diego.

We are currently taking a roll call for next season, so the above list is subject to change.
