New League: IBL
Hello All
After commish'ing the NIBA for one season while the commish was on hiatus I've decided to open my own sim. Im a commish with a lot of experiance. The league will be using begining of the year CBL rosters. Everything is set as usual except for minor league option years being turned off. I think owners have more fun w/o some restrictions. There is a going to be a 120 mil cap next year and 110 the year after (sim year of 2006). The site to the IBL is http://www.brokensynapz.com/IBL/Index.html. Plenty of good teams open.
