Importing a Single player

Ok great i downloaded Ankit's Norm DB and Career Norm DB.. I unziped them into a generic file NOT in the OOTP folder

At this point I just want to be able to import 1 or 2 players a season into the FA pool...

WHen I try to import... It cant find any players... Do i need another utility?

I even created a league using the Ankit DB but when I looked, again nothing..

I would think it would be simple, im sure im just missing something (besides my mind) Any help would be appreciated.
