Coaches/scout effects??

What overall effect do the coaches and scouting have on solo play? Can a Legendary coach really influence a players development over a just OK coach? What are the effects if any? Thanks for any answers in advance.

Yes. It's hard to estimate the effect because most people don't play with them.
