Updated Rosters problem

I downloaded updated rosters from simleaguecentral.com or whatever, and I don't know how to get them into my league. I copied the zip ad pased into my league, but nothing happened. Did I forget to do something? I'm a noob!

I know zero about pc's.

Once a league has been created you can't UPDATE the rosters any other way except by editing each player, if you try copying a roster set over a league you may ruin that league.
