OOTP6 yearly generated reports question

Catobase aside (because I will be using this as well) I have a question about the generated reports by OOTP. This question pertains only to the OOTP generated reports after each season.

When you generate the reports at the end of each season do they go into the same folder as the other yearly reposts go into? If they do, wouldnt they overwrite the previous reports that were generated?

I ask because I will be using both reporting systems (Cato and OOTP generated reports). So I dont want to overwrite the OOTP generated reports.

I guess I could just make a folder and name them differently 2004, 2005, and so forth.

Any ideas? Thanks.

By default they will go into the same folder and overwrite the files that were there. However, you can change the folder from the same screen that you generate the reports from. The almanac contains many of these end-of-season reports anyway, so you may find that you don't have to generate them yourself.

Hmm, thats right. The game keeps a yearly almanac (if enabled). So this almanac keeps the same reports that if I were to generate them into a folder?

Thanks for the help.

You can change the settings to keep as little or as much as you want, so you can set it up to keep all of the important stuff.
