can not dowload game

I tried to download the game but got the following message:

Cannot initialize system. File size expected=13894259, size returned=13141301. Cannot create a file that already exists.

What am I doing wrong? What do I need to do?

Same thing happened to me...Use internet explorer to download the game.

i just re-downloaded it fine in IE....
