Can RP's convert to SP

I was wondering if you can make RP's convert to SP's, you know like learn how to be an SP like guys can learn new positions. And I want to do it w/o the editor. Anyone help please.

Stuff like this has been talked about a lot on this board so you should try searching. Lots of good stuff. No you can not convert RP to SP in minors. It CAN be done through spring training but you are not always successful.
