Sorry guys....two more logos needed !

Due to the fact that I can't create a league with just 10 teams I need two more logos:

1. Detroit Wolverines

2. Louisville Dark Blues

Once again plese keep in mind that my league will start in 1897.

Thanks a lot guys

Christian

O.K. if anybody has the time to make these logos, great-- but it doesn't hesitate, cause I'll try to get my league going with a custom schedule for 10 teams.

I'm not really good at these old logos, but here's one interpretation:

I don't mean to criticize... much ... but the Dark Blues is a fairly lame nickname. If you want the name to be a color, the Louisville Maroons not only sounds better, but sounds "older" too.

... yep, they just loved maroon in the 1800s... couldn't get enough of it...

Just a suggestion.

I don't have a problem with criticizing jmm8356 but I have to disagree about this .
Dark Blue might be a lame name but there actually was a team in the 1877 National League called the Hartford Dark Blue. So besides "Maroon" people also seemed to like dark blue.

Hey Knuckler, your Wolverine logo is awesome. Could you maybe add some color ?

Thanks a lot.

I stand corrected. Apparently, my beef is with the aesthetic tastes of 19th-century Connecticut and not you. My apologies.

I found a Covington Blue Sox logo from 1913, I'm sure someone could make a Louisville Dark Blues logo out of it. If nobody else does, I will when I get home.

You're welcome. Just happened to come across it when looking for logo material.

Here's what I ended up with.

Nice old-fashioned look to it...well done.

I sure am glad you made the Dark Blues dark blue.

Also, could you replace the figure with a pair of dark blue sox?
