Which logo should I use

In my league I have a team called the Montana Lonhorns. I am torn as to which logo I want to use. I have been using the first one (the one where the state is pictured) but I just created a second one that I like alot too. Obviously the second logo looks like the Texans logo but thats OK. Which one should I use;

IMO...#2 is the best by far...it has much better colors...and is more balanced.

You might improve it with a fancier font to give it a little more pizazz.

Nice logo.
