Changing Weight Classes/Vacating Titles

I'm trying to "bulk up" a fighter (raising weight class and rerating) but when I change the weight class he gains all the titles he had before at the new weight class. how do I get those belts off him?

Have two other fighters fight for the belt(s) in question in the new weight class. The winner(s) will automatically take over the belt in that new weight division.
