How do you import a teams roster?

An owner in the league that I run emailed me his exported team file. How do I import that into the game? He's a new owner and is the first owner to do this.

extract the team file to the EXPIMP folder in your league, then go into that teams setup and hit "import team"..........dont use the FTP option on this team tho cause it wont work
