The Global Baseball League heads into 10th season

and 1st Humanly Controlled season

I have simmed 9 years from the start of the league. Now, we are entering the tenth year, with the first year with Human Controlled teams

Some general information:
No salary Cap yet
DH is enabled for the EASTERN League, not the Western
Will Sim on Mondays (1 weeks) Wednesdays (1 Week) and Fridays (2 weeks) (sim schedule may change)
I will not be a GM. Just a Commish
Can find the rest of the league info on the constitution

Paul is a nice guy. Very active on the boards and on AIM. Goodluck in your league. If my hands are not full right now, I'll jump aboard.
