Email Ideas
First off I would like to be able to read my emails while I am simming. I sim usually one week at a time, and it gets to be a pain when after the first game I get an email ( and I have to stop the sim because if don't I seem to go on a losing streak! ) and the email tells me that Joe Blow down in the minors is not recovering as fast as we thought. If the email can stop the sim just like it does now but instead of saying "You got new email. Stop sim?" It will actually show me the email, I can read it, then I can decide to delete it, stop the sim, or continue simming.
With this done I would not mind recieving more email. Some of which could be: Player of the week/month awards etc. Somebody from another team just cranked four out of the ballpark, etc. Stat line of the week. Free agent and waiver news. Players on other teams who get put on DL. Roster cuts. Team records being broken. Not just from your team. Just little interesting tidbits of info that will make the simmer feel part of the game a little more. All will be customizable to your needs of course, if you don't want player of the week emails and you want stat line of the week, or both, your option. Thanks for listening/reading. |

I agree. I'd like to be able to know what the nature of the e-mail is, at the very least.
And I'd like to stop getting those annoying May e-mails from guys telling me their contracts are up. I know their contracts are up. It would be great if we could select what kinds of e-mails we want to get.
