Licensing Problem

I could use some support, don't know where else to turn. I understand that the licensing for OOTP 6 is done by eLicense, but I am not impressed with support.

The situation, I have a copy of OOTP 6 installed on my home PC and laptop. This is very handy as I can update my online teams from work. The problem is that my home PC took a dive. I had to replace it and well, I am unable to install my license on this PC as I have already two PC's licensed for OOTP 6. I would love to pay another $34.95 if I had the money laying around. I have sent a request to eLicense support without any response from them. I know it has only been 48 hours, but growing anxious.

Could someone please assist me with my issue?

Via tech will RESTORE your license if you contact them and prove ownership(email, addy, etc) they've done this for me numerous times and typically the same day that I contact them.
