About license

i know that each ootp has two licenses
but i have install it once in my old computer
and one day that computer's HD was broken
so i can't unlicense it on that pc
and i install another license on my new pc

now i got a new notebook
and i wanna install ootp on it
can i get my another license back?

i am not a native english speaker
and i hope that you guys can understand what i mean

How long does elicense usually take to respond? It's now been over 3 weeks since I mailed them a money order for OOTP6, and over a week since I e-mailed them with a query as to the status of it, and I still haven't had a reponse. It didn't take nearly this long when I ordered OOTP5, so I really need to know if it has been received or lost in the mail.

I've never had it take as much as one full day to reply to my requests, you need to check and make certain that your email was sent correctly and to the proper place. Here is a place to start:

Also, make sure that you check all SPAM blocking software if you have any installed to make sure that the "support reply" didn't get blocked(happens way more often than people may think).
