Upgrade from BOSI v1 to v2 script released

This script just upgrades the DB. You still need to download the main BOSI download to get the files necessary. Just delete the files from BOSI v1 and replace them with the BOSI v2 files.

To run this script, just go to PhPMyAdmin, open your BOSI DB, go to the SQL window and run the script from there. BACKUP FIRST!!! If this errors, you will need to delete the DB and restore it from your backup. When I had to abandon Inno, it made doing this in steps impossible (or at least more of a pain then it was).

I have e-mailed this script to Andreas to upgrade the official server's DB. Once that is done, I will install the files and get the leagues up and running again.

Oh, one more thing. This script will change all passwords to 'temp'. This is because we changed the algorithm for storing passwords, so BOSI v2 would not be able to read BOSI v1 passwords. Also, there is a user called admin with a password of admin that is the super user (Yes, I will be changing this on the official server before we roll it out so don't even try it
