I know it's only been three hours but I am really anxious to see what this thing does. If anyone could just drop me a clue.
Thanks, street

I found the readme and I'm getting very close. How do I know what to set for league directory?

Since you finally asked a specific question, you'll get a specific answer.
![]() The league directory is the folder inside your OOTP folder that holds your league data; it should be named "League Name.lg".

I keep getting RTE 76 which says, "Path Not Found."
Any Ideas?

Not that anyone cares but I figured out what was wrong. I realize I have to find a csv exporter for OOTP5, can anyone point me in the right direction?
Thanks, street

I feel obligated to help a fellow WNYer...
![]() but I think they come with it. They're called cj_xxxx (players, teams, etc.) and they should be in your Catobase directory.

Thanks jmn8356, I downloaded CommishJoe's just in case and as of right now I'm still stuck. I've generated the reports and put them in the right places but I still get RTE 76 'Path Not Found' everytime I try. If you can think of anything I may be doing wrong let me know.
Thanks again, street

Okay, first of all, you should use the latest version. It works for both OOTP5 and OOTP6 and incorporates a lot of fixes and updates. The problem you might be having now is that version 5.4 could only use paths up to 50 characters long. If your path is longer, you would get that error. The latest version fixes that.
Download the update and unzip it to the folder where you installed CatoBase and overwrite the existing files. Be sure to select OOTP5 on the option screen as it defaults to OOTP6. Give it a try and let me know if you still have problems. |
