No Players In Amatuer Draft

Has anyone else had a problem with there being no players in the June 1st draft?

I believe that if you change the draft to June in season 1 this is the result.

Problem is that it happend for 3 straight seasons. Its happened before and the only think i noticed that might have cause it was a received an e-mail notification just before the June 1st was supposed to start. Do you think this could be the cause?

Did you move or delete ANY files? I've never heard or seen this other than in year 1.
