Opening leagues with PLG's Team Importer

How do you open the source and target leagues in PLG's Team Importer?

there is a button on the top left corner that says "open source league".

As for opening the target league, there is a button on the top right corner that says "open target league"

I know that, they did not do anything.

Well, when I click 'Open source league' a popup asks me to tell the program the location of the league file on my hard drive. After you do that the 'open target league' box becomes active, you then need to tell the program the location of the 'target league' on your hard drive. Works for me.
