How the heck do I put a guy on the DL or call up/send down players? I've looked everywhere in the game in all menus, and I can't seem to find anything anywhere that lets you put a guy on the DL or call up a minor leaguer. It's probably right under my nose, but I can't find it anywhere. Please help, thanks.

Go to your team transaction screen. From there you can drag players to the appropriate spot.

The "Transactions" screen for each team. It will be a screen with 8-9 boxed lists, and you just drag-and-drop to move players about. When you go to a team page (the roster page) go under the menu under that team's name at the top right.
